Chore, task, job. No matter what you call it, it’s a responsibility.  And it’s never too early to begin teaching children responsibility.  What you chose may vary by age from picking up toys to cleaning their room.  By starting your children young, you begin the fundamentals of helping them learn how to do things for themselves, which, in turn, helps to build positive self esteem.

Dr. Tanya shares her tips for age appropriate chores that will best build self-esteem.
