Autism Screening – A Minute for Kids

Children now get screened for autism at the ages of 18 and 24 months. This routine screening will help identify this disorder and help them get the early intervention needed to build their skills for a positive life.

Some signs of autism are:

  • Lack of eye contact
  • No response when a parent calls their name
  • Delayed speech development
